WRAPPING THINGS UP
A lot of Greek recipes call for wrapping things. Usually with grape leaves (also called vine leaves) or phyllo dough like for dolmades or tiropites. The phyllo pastry is used in so many things, from spanakopites to baklava and kataifi. It makes for fun food that you can hold in your hand as well as delicate and flaky desserts and pastries.
