PELOPONNESE® offers a variety of gourmet olives that are grown on small farms in Greece and naturally cured in brine for two to three months, preserving their wholesome flavor. Each variety requires a specific harvest season from fields that are known to produce the best characteristics for that particular olive fruit lending it a distinct color, flavor and texture. Just as important as the quality of the olives themselves, only the best quality brine and natural ingredients (concentrated grape juice for black olives, lemon juice for green olives and Mediterranean herbs) are used for preserving.
