ITALIAN PIZZA

It's safe to say that pretty much everyone has a good idea of what pizza is. But true Italian pizza is slightly different than the delivered, cardboard-boxed variety. The crusts tend to be thinner and crispier and the ingredients are… let's just call them classier. You'll find no bacon cheeseburger pizzas. Instead, you'll find types of pizza like margherita, which is basically tomato and mozzarella with a hint of basil and named after a queen who declared it her favorite in 1889.
